2. **Condition of Items**: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
3. **Process**: To return an item, please contact us at 615-248-1834 or via email at bhouxpqaem@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
4. **Shipping Costs**: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. **Refunds**: Once we receive your return and it is inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. **Exchanges**: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. **Final Sale Items**: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns.
